Report a personal data breach
If you wish to report a personal data breach to Bavarian Nordic, you may do so by submitting your report in writing to data.breach@bavarian-nordic.com. For us to quickly being able to take appropriate measures to handle the personal data breach, please provide as much information relating to the breach as possible, and as a minimum:
- Date and time for when the breach occurred
- A description of what happened
- A description of what caused the breach
- The categories of personal data involved
- Who we should contact if we require further details concerning the breach (full name, telephone number and email address)
Data subject request
If Bavarian Nordic process personal data about you, the data protection legislation, inter alia, gives you the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (‘the right to be forgotten’)
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object
