Bavarian Nordic is a leading global supplier of travel vaccines, with a commercial portfolio encompassing the following products:

- Vaxchora® - cholera vaccine
The travel vaccine portfolio further includes Ixiaro® (Japanese encephalitis) vaccine, Dukoral® (cholera vaccine) and HEPLISAV-B® (hepatitis A vaccine), all products that have been inlicensed from other companies and which are marketed and distributed by Bavarian Nordic in select markets.

In the short term, Bavarian Nordic’s main priority to use the cash generated to pay the significant milestones to GSK and Emergent BioSolutions which are
due in 2024 and 2025. In the mid-to long term, the Company expects to increase its financial flexibility through a strong positive cash flow and increased access to debt financing, which it intends to use to invest in growing the existing business, including the pipeline and selective acquisitions as well as return excess cash to its shareholders.
