Annual General Meeting 2025

Bavarian Nordic will hold its ordinary general meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 4.00 PM CEST. 

The deadline for request for participation and submission of proxy votes is Friday, April 4, 2025 at 11:59 pm CEST.

The deadline for submission of postal votes is Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 08:00 am CEST.
